For over 30 years, Roush has provided precisely machined products to a variety of OEM customers.  Our full service machining facility, with state of the industry CNC and manual machines, provides concept, prototype, and low volume production components and assemblies.  Our equipment allows tooling versatility for micromachining the most complex products.  We have three, four, and five axis machines on site with spindle speeds up to 12,000 rpm, spindle torques to 559 lb-ft, and feed-rate capability in excess of 2000 IPM.  Our Mazak HCN5000 horizontal milling centers are equipped with a Pallatech pallet changer and storage system to minimize downtime between repetitive manufacturing jobs.
